Routine investigations are generally available within 30mins to 2hrs. However some investigations take longer duration. You would be duely informed by the customer care representative.

Fasting is dependent on the type of investigation requested. Doctors who recommends laboratory investigations, will tell you whether there's any information you need to follow before the test. You can eat and drink as normal before some blood test. In some cases you may be advised not to eat or drink (other than water) before the test

Our preferred method of sharing reports is via email, or hard copies.

Result can be picked by a proxy, whom you have given specific instructions. The proxy would be requested to produce a means of identification and to come with the reciept of the test.

8am to 7pm for laboratory investigations and 24hrs for blood banking.

This is dependent on the laboratory investigations requested. If you are not sure, ask your Healthcare professional for advice. You should never stop taking prescribed medications unless advised by your health care teams.
